MUSIGA Prez Obour loses mum

President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Bice Osei Kuffour, popularly known as Obour, has lost his mother.

The hiplife artiste’s mother, Christiana Addo (Aunt Christie) died on Sunday, July 24 after battling liver disease for some time.

Obour, who is yet to come to terms with the fact that his mother is no more, confirmed the news to Myjoyonline.com Tuesday morning.

He did not give further details but Myjoyonline.com gathers that he is preparing to hold the one-week celebration of his mother, who was a pillar in his life and music career,  on Sunday, July 31.

Obour said in a brief statement that, “we did our best but I believe God had his own plans for my mum.”
“She was a strong believer hence I am in no doubt of her final resting place,” he added.
