Trump retweets attacks on CNN journalist
President-elect Donald Trump launched a stream of retweets Monday night that defend his claims of voter fraud and call out CNN's Jeff Zeleny.
.@CNN is so embarrassed by their total (100%) support of Hillary Clinton, and yet her loss in a landslide, that they don't know what to do.— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 29, 2016
Trump's account reposted several tweets attacking the CNN reporter and pushing the president-elect's claim that voter fraud in favor of Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton occurred during the election.
"@sdcritic: @HighonHillcrest@jeffzeleny@CNN There is NO QUESTION THAT #voterfraud did take place, and in favor of #CorruptHillary !"

"@FiIibuster: @jeffzeleny Pathetic - you have no sufficient evidence that Donald Trump did not suffer from voter fraud, shame! Bad reporter.— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 29, 2016

"@HighonHillcrest: @jeffzeleny what PROOF do u have DonaldTrump did not suffer from millions of FRAUD votes? Journalist? Do your job! @CNN"— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 29, 2016
Instead of using the "quote tweet" or "retweet" automated functions on the social media platform, Trump's account appears to have copied and pasted other users' messages.
@realDonaldTrump Good evening! Have been looking for examples of voter fraud. Please send our way. Full-time journalist here still working.— Jeff Zeleny (@jeffzeleny) November 29, 2016

Trump lies about millions of people voting illegally and then blames the media for not finding proof it happened. pic.twitter.com/vyVtzNiPhf— Matt Pearce (@mattdpearce) November 29, 2016
I've never seen any elected official quote a 16-year-old Tweeter to bash a reporter. Until now. https://t.co/ekygx5KpCB— Steven Dennis (@StevenTDennis) November 29, 2016
Trump alleged -- without evidence -- on Sunday evening that there were "serious voter fraud" issues in three states during the election, calling out results from Virginia, New Hampshire and California. He also claimed, with no backing, that, "In addition to winning the Electoral College in a landslide, I won the popular vote if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally."
