Teyana Taylor responds after lady comes out claiming to be Iman Shumpert's mistress

Last week there were rumours that singer Teyana Taylor's boyfriend, basketball player Iman Shumpert, had been visiting some girl just before he was arrested for DUI. And just this week, a woman has come forward claiming she's having an affair with Iman.

The woman released a photo of her face-timing and claimed to know Iman's alarm code.
Shortly after the reports went viral, Teyana Taylor reacted and let it be known that she's not bothered.

Four questioned in Italy after woman's suicide over sex video

Four men are being questioned in Italy in connection with the suicide of a woman who battled for months to have a viral video that showed her having sex removed from the internet.
The 31-year-old, identified as Tiziana, sent the video to her ex-boyfriend and three others, who put it online.

More than a million people watched it, and she became the subject of jokes and abuse. 
Tiziana killed herself in her aunt's home in Mugnano near Naples on Tuesday.

Local prosecutors have opened an investigation into her death, which came more than a year after the video was circulated on Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media. 
The four men are being investigated for defamation.
'Right to be forgotten'After the video went viral, Tiziana left her job, moved to Tuscany and was in the process of changing her name, but the story kept following her.

ITV 'planning nightly entertainment show'

ITV is reportedly planning a nightly celebrity-based entertainment show that could push the News at Ten to 22:30.
According to Broadcast, the currently untitled show will begin in 2017 and have a regular time slot throughout the week across a two-month period.
It claimed the show will have revolving celebrity hosts and have segments with the potential to be shared online.

The programme could be aired at 22:30 or earlier at 22:00, which would mean the News at Ten would be shown later.
Broadcast magazine likened the show to The Late Late Show with James Corden, which has had great success on US network CBS, especially with its Carpool Karaoke and Drop the Mic segments.

West Brom takeover: Chinese group complete deal for club

West Bromwich Albion's long-awaited takeover by a Chinese investment group has been completed, the Premier League club have announced.
Former chairman Jeremy Peace agreed a deal to sell to the group, led by entrepreneur Guochuan Lai, last month.
"I'm delighted to complete the acquisition and to become the next steward of the club," said Lai.
Peace, who took over as chairman in 2002, added: "It has been a tremendous privilege to lead the Albion."
Lai, 42, oversaw the growth of landscaping company Palm in his home country before retiring in May 2014 to focus on private investment.
Palm, which was valued at £1.8bn on the Chinese stock exchange, has contributed to the takeover.
The deal was agreed in June and had been waiting for approval from the Financial Conduct Authority and the Premier League.
Albion are the third West Midlands club to be bought by Chinese investors this summer following the recent takeovers of Aston Villa and Wolves.

Landlord found dead in tenant’s room after sex

A landlord has been found dead in a female tenant’s room at Shalom estate near Adenta in Accra after the two allegedly had sex, a police report has said.

Twenty-four-year-old Cynthia Nubuor is being held by the Adenta Police command over the matter.

In a statement to the Police, Ms. Nubuor said she left the deceased, Achi Ogu, who is a Nigerian, in her room for work Thursday afternoon after he had forcibly had sex with her. She said she left a note asking him to lock her door if he wakes up since he was sleeping after the act.

According to the Adenta Police, they received a distress call around 8:30pm and rushed to the scene only to recover the body of the deceased from the tenant's room where he died.

The body has since been deposited at the Police hospital mortuary for an autopsy to be conducted into the actual cause of death.

'America's Got Talent' crowns Grace VanderWaal as winner

Fans of this season's "America's Got Talent" were probably not all that surprised by the winner.
Twelve-year-old singer-songwriter Grace VanderWaal was an early front-runner, and she was crowned the winner Wednesday. VanderWaal sobbed as her name was announced, and judge Howie Mandel, who granted her entrance into the competition via the golden buzzer, rushed to the stage to hug her. "You are on your way," Mandel told her. "I love you, you are so special."  The young singer, dubbed by judge Simon Cowell "the next Taylor Swift," began writing songs at 3 and used her 11th birthday money to buy a ukulele. She takes home $1 million as part of her grand prize. Actress Zynnel Zuh robbed

Credible information reaching Nkonkonsa.com indicates that screen diva Zynnell Zuh has been robbed.

According to Nkonkonsa.com sources, thieves broke into Zynnell Zuh's car at East Legon in Accra on Wednesday evening September 14, 2016, around 7pm.

The thieves reportedly broke into her car, ransacked the entire car and made away with some valuables including documents, cloths, shoes and other fashion accessories and an undisclosed amount of money.

Zynnell who won the "Most Stylish Movie Star of the Year" at the recently held Glitz Style Awards 2016, had her car glasses damaged in the process but she is fine.

NPP should feel free to copy our manifesto – Mahama

President John Mahama says the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) would not be bothered should the New Patriotic Party (NPP) plagiarises policies contained in its 2016 manifesto.

Addressing some chiefs of the Ga Traditional Council in Accra Thursday, the President said the NPP should feel free to “copy as many things in our manifesto as possible."
“We’ve been governing this country, we are running the programmes and we have the ideas,” he said.

The NPP has accused President Mahama of plagiarising its policies when he delivered highlights of the NDC’s 2016 manifesto on Tuesday at the State Banquet Hall.

The President promised to explore the possibility of creating five addition regions to the existing 10 regions, build stadia, improve the road networks, transportation, the traffic system as well as stepping up the creation of factories across the country to absorb the growing unemployed Ghanaians.

Stars defend controversial transgender thriller

A thriller in which a hit-man is forced to undergo gender reassignment surgery has been defended by its stars at its Toronto Film Festival premiere.
In (re)Assignment, Michelle Rodriguez plays a male assassin who awakes to find himself transformed into a woman.
The film has been criticised by some in the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) community for using surgery as a sensational plot device.

But actress Sigourney Weaver said no-one was "demeaned or denigrated".
The Alien star plays the deranged surgeon who performs the operation. "It's not a Disney movie - it is noir," she said.

South Africa bans homophobic American preacher from entering the country

Stephen Anderson, an American pastor who made headlines after controversially praising the Orlando attacks at a gay club in June has been banned from entering South Africa along with his associates.

South Africa's home affairs minister said after consultation with leaders of the nation's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities, he decided Anderson is not welcome there.  Anderson had intended to visit South Africa this week, until he learned of the news.
 Americans traveling to South Africa don't need visas as part of a waiver program. Despite the program, the pastor and his associates will not be allowed into the nation.

Deaf actor to sign ad break on Channel 4's The Last Leg

A deaf actor is set to do sign language through a commercial break in Channel 4 programme The Last Leg on Friday.
The comedy series, which has been airing since 2012, will be broadcast from Rio to mark the end of the Paralympics.
The seven adverts will be signed by David Ellington, a deaf actor and artist.

He will lip-sync, dress up as a cupcake salesman and wear a swimming cap and trunks as part of the break.
A fully signed and audio described version of the break will also be available on All 4's Watch Live feature.
The ad break has been produced with the support of the charities Action on Hearing Loss and the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) with each brand involved donating to the charities.

Judge dismisses $3 Million lawsuit from dethroned Miss Puerto Rico who got pregnant after winning crown

Kristhielee Caride, Miss Puerto Rico 2016 will not be receiving her $3 Million earnings and her crown after a judge threw out the lawsuit that she filed in April alleging breach of contract and contractual damages.

According to Desiree Lowry, the national director of Miss Universe Puerto Rico, Caride got pregnant during her reign, was non-cooperative with reporters and did not use the salon that they provided instead preferring to use her own stylists which led the organizers to dethrone her and crown Brenda Jimenez, the pageant's first runner-up as Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2016.
Judge Eduardo Rebollo stated in his ruling that Caride's behavior violated the terms of her contract with PR Crown Entertainment. "Her dismissal was justified and does not merit the restitution of her title as Miss Puerto Rico in the international beauty pageant of Miss Universe," Rebollo said, according to Telemundo.

A suspected motorbike thief had a double dose of maltreatment from those who arrested him at Puloyafong within the Tamale Metropolis.

The thief in his late 20s after being subjected to severe beatings by angry residents, was also compelled to carry the motorbike which weighs over 80 kilograms from the scene of the crime while he was made to recite “I am a thief, I am a thief” repeatedly roaming the area.
According to eyewitnesses he was not handed over to the police because they suspected he could immediately be granted bail and treating him this way, was the best antidote to curbing the increasing spate of motorbike theft in the area.

Philippines President Duterte 'once killed man with Uzi'

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte allegedly once shot dead a justice department agent with an Uzi submachine gun while serving as mayor of Davao. 
The allegation was made by Edgar Matobato, a self-confessed former death squad member, before a Senate inquiry on extra-judicial killings. 
Mr Duterte, he alleged, ordered him and others to kill about 1,000 criminals or political rivals over a 25-year period.

Man Caught With 1,013.0 Grams Of Cannabis Remanded

A Kumasi Circuit Court, presided over by Mary Nsenkyire, has ordered a man caught with 1,013.0 grams of cannabis to be held in prison custody.
Kwabena Frimpong Darkwa, alias “Righteous”, a 33-year-old shoemaker, has been charged unlawful possession of narcotic drug and he pleaded not guilty.
He would make his next appearance tomorrow, September 15.

Police Chief Superintendent Emmanuel A. Akunnor told the court that the accused was arrested on November 25, last year.
He was found with the hard drug on a Mercedes Benz Sprinter passenger bus, traveling from Kumasi to Nyinahin.
Police officers had stopped the bus for routine check, when the dried leaves were found.

No party can fulfil manifesto promises – Fritz Baffour

The Member of Parliament for Ablekuma South constituency Fritz Baffour has stated that no political party can achieve all of its manifesto promises.

Speaking on Starr Chat Wednesday, the former Minister for Information said manifestoes are like a wish list adding that some of the promises outlined by the political parties can only be achieved in 30 years.

His comment comes a day after President John Mahama highlighted aspects of the NDC manifesto ahead of the official launch of the document in Sunyani, the Brong Ahafo regional capital.

President Mahama outlining the party’s manifesto for the next four years at the Banquet Hall on Tuesday stated that the next NDC government will set up a commission of enquiry to look into the creation of five new regions.

South African Universities To Offer Bsc Witchcraft

The South African Minister of Higher Education and Training, Blade Nzimande has announced plans to have witchcraft included in the curriculum from 2018.

North Carolina footballer in sex assault case turns himself in

A University of North Carolina college footballer who is accused of raping a female student on Valentine's Day has turned himself in.
Delaney Robinson, 19, has gone public to accuse Allen Artis, 21, of sexually assaulting her in February this year at a campus dorm room.
He went to a magistrate's office to face a minor charge of misdemeanour sexual battery and assault.

Prosecutors say they have yet to decide whether to bring felony charges.
Mr Artis was released on Wednesday after posting a $5,000 bond (£3,790).
The arrest warrant stated he had sex with Ms Robinson against her will when he "should have reasonably known that the other person was mentally incapacitated and physically helpless".
