(VIDEO) Iraqi national team publicly sacrifice sheep so that they can qualify for Russia 2018 World Cup

Iraq's national football team is still without a point in Russia 2018 World Cup qualification as they’ve lost their first three matches which include defeats to Australia (2-0), Saudi Arabia (1-2) and Japan (2-1) and face a must win home match against Thailand in their next qualifier game.
In order to qualify for the World Cup they decided to perform the most bizarre, fetish and strangest of practices on Tuesday as they slaughtered a sheep publicly as a 'sacrifice to god' so that luck and good will could befall them in their next home game against Thailand- because according to the team, except God acts, it's impossible for them to qualify for Russia 2018.

In 2011, Turkish team Sivasspor slaughtered a sheep before a game with a Serbian team and won 4-1. In Iraq the practise is seen as an ancient and trust worthy one.

Fuel Prices Likely To Go Up Again

The Chamber of Petroleum Consumers Ghana, has forecast a likely 7-13 percent fuel price adjustment beginning Sunday October 16.

According to the Chamber, “the decision for cuts in OPEC production levels seem to have taken a toll on world price indexes as prices on the world market have surged by between 7-13% as of today. Trading between $51-$53.15/barrel from previous levels of $44-$46/barrel.”
“These galloping movements are certain to have direct and dire consequences on local pump prices in a deregulated market in the next pricing window set to commence on the 16th of October,” a statement signed by the Executive Secretary of the Chamber Duncan Amoah Tuesday stated.

In the last few months fuel prices have gradually been increased to almost 15 percent due to the steady rise in Crude on the World market.

The statement added, “the news of government decision yesterday to reduce marine gas oil by at least 20% is welcoming, just as the earlier decision in June to reduce the cos…

Oops! 12-Year-Old Boy Runs up $110,000 Google Bill

A 12-year-old in Spain reportedly made an expensive mistake, racking up a $112,000 bill when he apparently confused Google's AdWords and AdSense platforms while trying to promote his band.
José Javier, who is a trumpet player in a band called Los Salerosos, was hit with a €100,000 ($112,000) bill from Google after he signed up for AdWords instead of AdSense, according to Spain's El Pais.

Javier apparently signed up for AdWords, thinking he would make money when people clicked on his advertisement. However, the service actually charges the account holder every time someone clicks on their advertisement.

The service Javier was looking for, AdSense, allows people to make money from advertisements on their page.

That amount would take a lot of allowance money to pay off, but thankfully for Javier, Google was forgiving and cancelled the bill, according to the report.

While it's a big mistake, it's one Google recognizes. The company didn't immediately respond to NBC…

The unprecedented move comes one day after Samsung halted production of the dangerously glitchy devices.

It also said, "Consumers with either an original Galaxy Note 7 or replacement Galaxy Note 7 device should power down and stop using the device."

It's a major setback for the South Korean electronics manufacturer. The company's stock plunged more than 5% Tuesday morning in Seoul.
Samsung (SSNLF) released the 5.7-inch Galaxy Note 7 device in August in anticipation of Apple's new iPhone 7. But customers immediately started complaining that their phones were catching fire.

Tiger Woods pulls out of Safeway Open over 'vulnerable' game concerns

Tiger Woods has withdrawn from this week's Safeway Open, saying his game is "vulnerable".
The 14-time major champion will not take part in the event, which would have been his return to competitive action after more than a year out.
