Drake Drops New Album 'More Life'

After severalstarts, Drake's long-awaited More Life album is here. Like his previously released Views, the set made its worldwide debut by way of the rapper's OVO Sound radio show on Beats 1.

The only difference: the project wasn't released as an Apple Music exclusive, and will hit all streaming services on Saturday.

Acoording to Hollywood Reporter, the project comes after a string of releases and cameos from the 6 God the past few months. He recently appeared on the Young Money reunion celebration "No Frauds," hosted by Nicki Minaj and also featuring Lil Wayne, and he also made guest turns on Future's "Used to This" and Gucci Mane's "Both."

Last October, Drizzy announced the More Life project and unwrapped several tracks like "Two Birds, One Stone," "Sneakin'" featuring 21 Savage, and his Billboard Hot 100 hit "Fake Love."

More Life, packaged as a "playlist by October Firm" on Drake's Instagram earlier this week, not only features a photo of the rapper's father as the cover, but an all-star-studded list of features.

Earlier this year, Drake's close collaborator and producer Nineteen85 teased in an interview with Billboard that the set would have a bunch of his famous friends on tap. "More Life is interesting because this is [Drake] right on the peak of his biggest project yet [with Views], doing his biggest tour and still having so many good ideas that he just wants to put out without making it a big ordeal," he explained. "That's why he's trying to call it a playlist, because he has a bunch of people in a space, hanging out.... He's so aware of what everybody else is doing musically that he likes to introduce new music and new artists to the rest of the world."

Stream the project on iTunes and Spotify.
