Annie~Joy writes: Letter To The S•H•S Student. #BeInspired!

When the child is young, he or she thinks of being royal!! Prediction becomes simple while fulfillment becomes difficult.  A Teacher who has passed the stage of being a student is with much experience and would not want his student to repeat any mistake made by him or her just as the adult does. 

While you think you are a royal in your tender age, also think that you will grow and duties that used to be done for you won't be so anymore. The journey of life, we say, begins in our terms at senior high school with no doubt!! Start planning your life in senior high school. At that level, every different categories of people with different characters are being associated with. Some influence with good while others are with bad but you can cause your own change.

The fun in S•H•S can cause you to forget about your status of being a student. As a student, your responsibility at school is to study and study very hard before anything follows. If this responsibility is not noticed and drastic attention isn’t taken, THEN I AM AFRAID! Know that after the fun, the drama, the challenge and all, you have a BATTLE AHEAD TO FIGHT (West Africa Examinations Council) which determines your next step in Education and Life.

In life’s BATTLE, there are two outcomes. Which are either to make it or not to make it. These two outcomes all depend on you. Don't let the saying which goes "Examinations Favour's the fool" have its root in you. The system is never static but rather dynamic.

Now that you are in school, calling home for anything will be provided to you no matter the challenges being faced at home because the best for you is a priority!! But a time is coming an ego is going to blow in you which you will not feel comfortable to ask anything especially when you don't make it in the BATTLE. (WAEC). Prediction is one thing (we) students are good at but many doesn't help themselves to bring it to fulfillment.

While you are in school now, plan your life well!! Reduce the friends, reduce the parties and the hangouts.

Stick to your books. Allow the school to pass through you so that you can gain the goodness in school being discipline, time management etc. Don't mishandle your three years in high school. IT IS VERY EASY TO FAIL AN EXAMINATION no matter what!! EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

The way you might be picturing life is never how it's planned!! A time is coming you will come and be with ‘us’ who are already in the WORLD. It is very stressful out here. If you don't work it all well today while you are in school, you will come out and it will be very difficult to find the meaning to life. Earth is very big and large but if you don't plan well. You will not fix in it.

This letter is to you who is in the S•H•S: Read it and take what is best for you to unfold your journey while you are in school. Remember; Life is not static but dynamic. Nothing in life is permanent but temporary. 

Don’t look at the wealth of your family. It is deceitful. Make you and everyone around you will be proud!!

Remember, after three years, you will come to the world. The place where you fight for is what you want!!
