Annie~Joy writes: What Life Gave. #BeInsipred!

Every child enjoys fresh air the moment it comes out of the womb to its new world. There are two expressions it gives which are either crying or smiling. But I tell you if any child knew right from birth that the location it won't be appealing, I don't think it would have responded and obeyed the voice "push, it is coming"

I don't know where life located you. May be yours is quite endurable but some when seen, you quickly release tears from your eyes. I want to ask this; is it because the world has become quite a scary place to be that's why the poor and needy are being rejected, ignored and avoided? We have two categories of people on planet earth which are the rich and the poor.

The moment you fall within the rich categories, it automatically becomes your responsibility to cater for the poor people. Why do I say this? The moment a needy or a poor person needs help, indeed they always need help, but when it becomes unbearable, the only person he or she runs out to seek help from is the rich man. Yet what do we see today, every rich man sees every poor man as a devil which goes with the mentality that, if I help the poor and needy, they will use it against him or her.

Therefore, there is no intimacy that run through the heart of a rich person when he is riding in his or her exclusive car and sees children, women, men sleeping on the streets. The statement a rich person will make is; "I make my money and my money is for me and my family" which is not bad but extending your hands could be a blessing. Also, there are a lot of charity foundation ongoing yet the level of less privileged people is increasing instead of reducing. Celebrities and honourable people who have struggled to make it in life do little of giving and spend the rest on their looks. Honourable celebrity, your make-up money can cater for someone who drinks from the dirty streams and eats left-overs.

Honourable rich man, if you could save the money you are planning of spending on the latest cars in town for the less privileged who walk bare-footed in this our 21st century, you should be named among the successful people. Honourable rich man, if you could save the money for everyday parties and go in search for the less privileged people to put a smile on some faces then you will receive in abundance. A successful person is not someone who can fly out of his or her country anytime, got the latest Porsche car in his garage and got many of the biggest huge mansion which the media broadcasts it and people go there for photoshoots and parties.

The sad thing is, these mansions are left empty with sometimes nobody living in which some people sleep and live on the streets, but a successful person is someone who when in his/her presence and absence, people make comments like: " If I had not met you... GOD richly bless you". Maybe you didn't know, there are a lot of people out there who need help. People are dying out of hunger, who have no shelter when it is raining. Someone who wears one clothing for a whole year. There are some many out there who are struggling so hard to survive in life. So then, if you have much, or if God has blessed you with wealth, bless others too.

It is not like they aren’t trying. They didn't wish to be there but that's what life gave them and you can help them out. For once forget about the evil thoughts. Wealth is a visitor and wealth becomes useless to you if you die but the memories you will live in someone's heart will remain forever.

On behalf of the streets children, the poor and the needy, the physically challenged people and the less privileged people, we say: "Ship your grain across the sea and after many days you may receive a return".
