Citi FM’s Osei Kwame turns Mechanic

There’s no question that Citi FM’s Osei Kwame is among top names in Ghanaian radio today.  But he indulges in other interesting proclivities too — such as an obsession with wheels –which has translated into his new show which premieres this Thursday.

Dubbed The Auto Show, it transcends just cars, navigating such questions as bikes, road safety rules, the latest gadgets in town, maintenance, fascinating and life-saving tips, on-air diagnostics among others. It also parades esteemed experts who offer practical solutions to some of our most frequently – asked questions relating to cars, bikes and so on.

A large percentage of the population are affected by vehicles in one way or another, and there’s a growing number of cars and bikes on our roads daily. Related discourse is therefore always welcome.

“We didn’t want to limit to cars, because driving and our experiences on the road go beyond cars –it’s much more than that. The population of motorcycle users has grown over the years. It will be great to have conversations that every driver on the road, car or bike owner can relate to and contribute to, in order to have a great driving experience in Ghana. The Auto Show is for all: drivers, passengers, would -be car and motorcycle owners…everyone!” Osei Kwame explains about the motive of the programme.

A key highlight of the show will be exciting listener interaction activities via new age modules as  e-mail, as well as popular social media portals as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram among others.

The Auto Show airs on Thursdays between 4 and 5 pm, and is proudly sponsored by Total QuartzKeep your engine younger for longer!
