Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's Car Burglarized at Bel-Air Home
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West had a scary Friday morning.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to ET that
around 5:10 a.m., they received a call about a motor vehicle theft at the
couple's Bel-Air, California, home.
"A witness observed a suspect enter the victim's vehicle and then exit the
vehicle and then fled the location," the spokesperson said. "A second suspect
who was hiding in some bushes also fled the location. Suspect No. 1 took
personal items from the victim's vehicle."
As of Friday morning, no arrests have been made, but the investigation is
ongoing. The spokesperson said there is no further information at
this time.
According to TMZ, who was first to
report the news, a person from Kim and Kanye's staff was hit by the thief,
and everything was caught on surveillance cameras. The outlet also reports that
the suspect never entered the home, but trashed the cars that were parked at the
end of the driveway. All the suspect was able to take was an iPhone belonging to
someone from the couple's team.
