DStv Brings You The Best And The Bravest on M-Net This November

M-Net is bringing you the bravest, best and baddest men and women in uniform with an action-packed line-up this November. From Navy Seals to special ops, the channel takes a deep dive into the dangerous and gritty world of covert missions behind enemy lines.

Starting Tuesday 21 November at 6pm, The Brave follows a heart-pounding journey into the complex world of America’s elite undercover military heroes. Highly trained and supremely dedicated, these agents are far from ordinary and are committed to saving the lives of innocent people in some of the most dangerous places in the world. Led by D.I.A. Deputy Director Patricia Campbell and her team of analysts, their enemies don’t stand a chance against their advanced surveillance technology.

The Brave stars Anne Heche (Quantico, Aftermath) as D.I.A. Deputy Director Patricia Campbell, Mike Vogel (Under the Dome, Bates Motel) as Adam Dalton, Natacha Karam (Homeland, Silent Witness) as Sgt. Jasmine "Jaz" Khan, Demetrius Grosse (Westworld, Banshee) as CPO Ezekiel "Preach" Carter, Noah Mills (2 Broke Girls) as combat medic Sgt. Joseph "McG" McGuire, Hadi Tabbal (Madam Secretary, The Blacklist) as intelligence officer Agent Amir Al-Raisani, Tate Ellington(Quantico, Shameless) as Cultural Specialist Noah Morgenthau and Sofia Pernas (Jane the Virgin, NCIS) as Mission Coordinator Hannah Archer.

Then, an elite group of helicopter pilots take to the skies in Valor, starting Saturday 25 November at 6pm. A disciplined team of soldiers take off on a covert mission to Somalia, but when things go terribly wrong only two members of the squad make it back to the U.S. alive: Warrant Officer Nora Madani - one of the unit’s first female helicopter pilots and her commanding officer, Captain Leland Gallo.

It’s quickly made apparent that the pair are hiding the truth about what happened from their friends, loved ones and even their superiors. When it’s discovered that their fellow comrade Jimmy Kam is alive but captured, Nora and Gallo become determined to rescue him. But with dangerous secrets, unknown enemies and suspicious colleagues, their mission may just put them all in terrible danger.

Valor stars Christina Ochoa (Animal Kingdom, Blood Drive) as Nora Madani, Matt Barr (Hatfields & McCoys, Sleepy Hollow) as Leland Gallo, Charlie Barnett (Chicago Fire, Secrets and Lies) as Ian Porter, Corbin Reid (How to Get Away with Murder) as Jess Kam, W. Tre Davis (Orange is the New Black, Shades of Blue) as Jimmy Kam and Nigel Thatch (American Dreams, Selma) as Robert Haskins.

Already two episodes in, is the action-packed SEAL Team, airing Wednesdays at 6pm. David Boreanaz dons an army uniform as Jason Hayes to lead a specialised unit of Navy SEALs. Highly respected and intense, Hayes’ home life has suffered as a result of his occupation, but nothing will stop him and his squad from training, planning and executing the most dangerous missions their country can ask of them.

A tight-knit team with personal demons, checkered pasts and unwavering patriotism, this is one unit determined to take down the bad guys in the face of overwhelming odds.

SEAL Team stars David Boreanaz (Bones) as Jason Hayes, Neil Brown Jr. (Insecure) as Ray Perry, A.J. Buckley (Murder in the First) as Sonny Quinn, Toni Trucks (NCIS: New Orleans) as Lisa Davis and Max Thieriot (Bates Motel) as Dylan Massett.
