I’m shocked over KABA’s death – Akufo-Addo
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is grieving with the family of
the late broadcast journalist Kwadwo Asare-Baffour Acheampong of Asempa
FM.
KABA as he is passionately called by his admirers petered out
Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra
following a short illness.
President Akufo-Addo in a tweet expressed condolences to the family, adding the news comes as a shock to him.

Meanwhile, former President John Dramani Mahama has also expressed condolences to the family in a Facebook post:
KABA was host of Asempa FM’s popular afternoon political show, ‘Eko Sii Sen’.
KABA used to host Adom TV’s morning show – Badwam – before taking on the Ekosii Sen mantle from Kwabena Bobie Ansah.
He has had stint with Top Radio in Accra before joining the Multimedia family. He left behind a wife and a daughter.
