Cameroon stun Ghana to reach final

Michael Ngadeu and Christian Bassogog both netted in the second half as Cameroon beat Ghana 2-0 in Franceville on Thursday to reach the Africa Cup of Nations final.
A finely-poised tie remained goalless until the 72nd minute, when Ghana goalkeeper Razak Brimah failed to deal with a free-kick into his area and John Boye's weak defensive header merely served as an assist for Ngadeu to control and fire home.
Bassogog then broke away to clinch the win and spark wild celebrations as Hugo Broos's side progress to a final against Egypt in Libreville on Sunday.
That will be the Indomitable Lions' first Cup of Nations final since they lost 1-0 to the Egyptians in 2008. Then they also beat Ghana in the semifinals.
Ghana, who have still never beaten Cameroon at the competition, will now go to Port-Gentil for a third-place play-off against Burkina Faso on Saturday.
This was their sixth consecutive Cup of Nations semi-final, but their wait to win the trophy for the first …

Nicki Minaj Home Burglarized, Vandalized

Nicki Minaj’s home was burglarized and vandalized, costing the rapper at least $200,000. The crime took place earlier this week while Minaj was out of town.
Suggesting more than one perpetrator, police discovered multiple signs of forced entry at Minaj’s Los Angeles estate. Inside, the place was largely totaled. Furniture was broken, clothing ripped, perfume bottles shattered. The culprits even targeted the performer’s picture frames.

But that’s not all. Whoever was responsible also took jewelry and other property. TMZ is putting the value of the stolen goods at $200,000. The site suggests the thieves were possibly “frantically looking for something” because they “knocked over and flipped furniture and items all over the house.” But that theory has not been confirmed.
Police are hoping to use surveillance footage to identify suspects. The burglary comes less than a month after Cesar Milan was burglarized, with jewelry stolen from his home in the Studio City neighborhood of L.A…

Donald Trump says, 'Let's pray for Schwarzenegger's 'Apprentice' ratings', Arnold fires back 'Let's switch jobs'

President Donald Trump was at the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington a few hours ago when he took aim at Arnold Schwarzenegger and the TV show 'Apprentice' saying the ratings "went right down the tubes".
He then told the prayer-friendly group to say one for the movie star.

Arnold didn't let the steam cool off before he responded with a Twitter video telling Trump,'Hey Donald, why don't we switch jobs, you take over TV since you are an expert in ratings and i take over your job so people can finally sleep comfortably again'.

The Ignite Series produced by education not for profit, Aim Higher Africa is an edutainment program with a focus on sharing tips to success by young entrepreneurs from across Africa.

Aim Higher Africa aims to inspire a new generation of young entrepreneurs to create businesses that enrich their local communities by providing a medium where peer-to-peer learning takes place.

This episode features Chika Uwazie, Founder of Talentbase.

The Employment world can be challenging to navigate. Employers know that attracting; hiring and retaining top talent is crucial to the success of any business. Trump opens National Prayer Breakfast with talk about TV ratings

President Trump on Thursday addressed the National Prayer Breakfast, opening his remarks by talking about TV ratings.
Trump noted his "tremendous success" as star of reality show "Celebrity Apprentice," as well as the show's drop in ratings since he left.
"We know how that turned out. The ratings went right down the tubes. It's been a total disaster" since the show restarted with Arnold Schwarzenegger hosting, Trump said.
"And I want to just pray for Arnold if we can, for those ratings," he joked.

Trump last month tweeted that Schwarzenegger's debut as host of "New Celebrity Apprentice" got "destroyed" in the ratings compared with previous seasons. Trump hosted the show for 14 seasons, from 2004 until he launched his presidential campaign in mid-2015.
During the prayer breakfast, the president also praised Senate Chaplain Barry Black, who spoke earlier during the breakfast.
"I don't know, chaplain, whe…

The Sun reports the duo couldn’t meet expectations and were let go.

“They have worked really hard for the last year but their relationship with Syco didn’t work out and they wanted different things. Their music was very poppy and chart-focused but now they want to focus on a different style.

“It isn’t the end for them though as they plan on continuing to make music as a duo.” reports the UK tabloid.

The publication also spoke to a Syco spokeserson who had this to say: “Reggie ’N’ Bollie are no longer working with us. We wish the guys the best of luck for the future.”

"I will always love you Nomatter, which is why when I saw you I never insulted you or said anything bad. I have decided to die next to this tree so that everyone can see, this is real poison you can even see for yourself.”  He said before downing the contents of a bottle believed to be pesticide.

A day later, Nhika died in Harare’s Parirenyatwa hospital, Zimbabwe.

Spokespersons from the deceased's family, Pauline Busu and Nyasha Nhika, expressed their shock at Richard's action and revealed they never believed he could commit suicide due to his religious background.

Gambia dog that killed President Barrow's son put down

The dog that killed the eight-year-old son of Gambian President Adama Barrow has been put down, a government official has confirmed.
Habibu Barrow died in hospital after being bitten by the dog last month at his aunt's house in a coastal resort near Banjul.
The attack happened before Mr Barrow was inaugurated and while he was still in Senegal for his safety. The president, who recently returned to the Gambia, missed his son's funeral.
Reports say that Habibu - one of the president's five children - was mauled by the dog and sustained a head injury.
It is unclear why the dog attacked the young boy.
The animal, which had been certified rabies free, was put down on Tuesday, with a quick procedure.
The government official said the dog belonged to the aunt and had not attacked anyone before.
He said the attack had worried the family and they were comfortable with the action taken.
"We thought it's not safe for the community if the dog was on the streets," the officia…

Be Inspired by Annie~Joy!! - The Feeling Of Uncertainty

Our hearts and minds are move by the things we see with our eyes. Sometimes you go on social media and you begin to look down on yourself because of what you saw. Being the nice expensive cloths worn by a person, images of wealth, pictures of some people in a relationship with those golden smiles everywhere. I also stand in to tell you not all that glitters is Gold. What you see might not be what it truly is. Why then do you begin to feel uncertain and thoughts like “I am not doing anything good in my life” drops in and finally disgust WHO you are.  You have no idea what that person might have been through before getting those expensive cloths and later pose in the camera and put it on the media. That relationship pictures you saw with all the smiles filled with Love might not be how it is in reality. If these things have one way or the other made you look down on yourself, then at this moment apologize to yourself.  From today, ignore those uncertain feeling, it doesn'…

AFCON 2017: Egypt break Burkina Faso hearts with penalty shootout win

Egypt reached a record-equalling ninth Africa Cup of Nations final, beating Burkina Faso 4-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw.
Veteran goalkeeper Essam El Hadary proved Egypt's hero, saving Bertrand Traore's spot-kick to secure victory.
In normal time Mohamed Salah opened the scoring for Egypt when he curled a superb shot into the top left corner.
Burkina Faso levelled when Aristide Bance chested down Charles Kabore's cross and volleyed in.
In doing so, they became the first side to score against Egypt this tournament.
The Burkinabe, who were the more adventurous and ambitious side throughout normal play, took an immediate advantage in the shootout.
Goalkeeper Herve Koffi, only 20 years old, magnificently pushed Abdallah El Said's spot-kick on to the post.
But he soon experienced the other side of shootouts when he stepped up to take his side's fourth penalty and was unable to beat El Hadary - who at 24 years his senior is the oldest Nations Cup player in history.

Nicki Minaj and Drake Are Friends Again, Have a Young Money Reunion After Meek Mill Breakup

Fans of Nicki Minaj and Drake are well aware of their longtime friendship -- the labelmates even have an entire song about how "Proud" they are of each other -- but that took a hard backseat during the "One Dance" artist's highly-publicized feud with the Pink Friday rapper's then-boyfriend, Meek Mill.
But now that Nicki and Meek have called it quits it seems the old pals have buried the hatchet, judging from a photo Nicki and Drake both posted to Instagram on Wednesday hanging out with each other.

And to make it a full-on Young Money reunion, in another photo, Lil' Wayne was added to the mix, in a photo captioned, "#TheBIG3 #YoungMoney 🎀 ~ 📸: @mackmaine4president."
Glad to see everyone back together again! Now, if we could get another one of those fire collaborations in the near future, that would also be amazing, thanks.
Watch the video below for more details on Nicki and Meek's parting of ways.
