Arsenal 2-2 Man city, Arsenal held; Swans, Boro stay in trouble

Arsene Wenger endured more frustration as Arsenal were held to a 2-2 draw by top four rivals Manchester City, while Swansea and Middlesbrough remain in relegation danger after a 0-0 draw on Sunday.
With Arsenal fans once again calling for Wenger to resign during a pre-match protest march outside the Emirates Stadium, the Gunners boss desperately needed a dominant display from his team.
Instead, Arsenal twice had to come from behind to avoid a third successive Premier League defeat.
The north Londoners remain in sixth place, seven points behind fourth-placed City in the fight to qualify for the Champions League via a top four finish.
Arsenal fell behind after only five minutes when Leroy Sane held off Hector Bellerin as he accelerated onto Kevin De Bruyne's pass before rounding David Ospina and slotting home.
Theo Walcott equalised for Arsenal in the 40th minute when he stabbed in after City defender Gael Clichy played him onside following a half-cleared corner.
Just two minute…

Annie~Joy writes: Guardian Angel. #SundayMotivation #BeInspired!

Angels are spiritual beings who are made out of fire. Their main purpose is to be messengers between God and man. They are also creatures that are made to worship GOD in heaven. Every living being is entitled to three Angels on earth. Which are the guardian angel, the messenger angel and the intercessory angel.
The guardian angel is responsible for protecting you and move with you wherever you go. The messenger angel is responsible for taking your prayers to the prayer committee for justice to prevail and the intercessory angel is responsible for interceding on your behalf and that of your family. In all, they work together just as the three arms of government. They operate with a weapon like sword and see to it that the needs of the living being are met.

They guard the life of the living being throughout his or her life time. Did you know, even in heaven there are positions and promotions? If you don’t know, then there is, therefore the kind of intimacy one have with GOD…

Colombia mudslides kill more than 250

At least 254 people have been killed and hundreds more are missing after torrential rains triggered severe flooding and mudslides in the city of Mocoa, in southwest Colombia, according to a statement released by the army.
Heavy overnight rainfall caused several rivers to overflow their banks, sending mud and debris crashing onto houses as people slept and sweeping away vehicles and trees.
Many of the victims did not have enough time to climb on top of their roofs, or seek refuge on higher ground.
"We've declared an emergency in the area so we can help people as best we can," Colombia's President Juan Manuel Santos, who flew to Mocoa on Saturday to oversee rescue efforts, said.
He added that 30 percent of monthly rain fell in just one night.
"All of our hearts are with the victims of this tragedy."
An estimated 220 people were still missing, while another 400 were injured, according to the Red Cross.
With no electricity to light Mocoa, authorities were forced…

New US law would force the federal government to treat marijuana like alcohol

On Thursday, March 30, 2017, a new set of bills was introduced in the U.S. Senate and House that would drastically reform the way marijuana is regulated at the federal level and allow state-legal marijuana programs to move forward without federal intervention.
The bill was Introduced by Sen. Ron Wyden and Rep. Earl Blumenauer, the legislative package would remove marijuana from the Controlled Substance Act’s list of most dangerous drugs and set up a federal framework for regulating it.

The lawmakers say this would close the gap between federal and state-level marijuana policy, keep people out of jail for minor drug offenses and allow marijuana businesses to thrive.

“As more states follow Oregon’s leadership in legalizing and regulating marijuana, too many people are trapped between federal and state laws, it's not right, and it’s not fair" Blumenauer said in a statement.
