Taylor Swift Just Broke Her Social Media Silence

After two months of radio silence on Instagram, Taylor Swift is back. But don't get too excited. The singer didn't share a personal picture or a revealing video teasing something she's been working on. No, Swift made her return to Instagram to support her friends (again).
She Instagrammed a quick screen grab in support of her friends from HAIM, whose new single, "Want You Back," is apparently one she'll be playing on repeat until the end of time. High praise, Tay.

On. Repeat. Til. The. End. Of. Time‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️❗️ @haimtheband A post shared by Taylor Swift (@taylorswift) on May 3, 2017 at 8:25pm PDT
Swift's previous Instagram post was similar, promoting her good friend Lorde's single, "Green Light."

“We must also continue to go into space for the future of humanity,” Hawking said during a 2016 speech at Britain’s Oxford University Union.
In the past, Hawking has suggested that humankind might not survive "another 1000 yea…

Worker caught on camera as she tries to injure herself for compensation claim (Video)

An employee's attempt to fraudulently get money out of the company she works for backfired all thanks to a CCTV footage that captured what really happened and foiled her plans.

Sheyla Veronica White was sitting at her desk, working in her office in Fort Lauderdale when a sprinkler head fell from the ceiling and landed on her desk.
Afterward, Sheyla made a claim using her company’s insurance company. She demanded compensation for an injury she claimed she sustained when the sprinkler fell, however, the insurance company became suspicious and referred it to Florida’s Division of Investigative and Forensic Services. Detectives requested the security cam footage in the office and the truth was revealed.

The video showed the moment the shower head fell and Sheyla picked it up, looked around and when she was certain no one was watching, she hit herself on the forehead with it, then filed for worker's compensation, hoping to get a payout.

Adele earned £40m last year, says Sunday Times Rich List

A global arena tour and a few million more album sales earned Adele £40m last year, according to the Sunday Times Rich List.
The pop star's fortune rose from £85m to £125m - meaning she's the richest solo female musician in the paper's annual wealth survey.
But she's only joint 19th in the list of the UK and Ireland's richest music acts, which is dominated by older men.
Sir Paul McCartney is in the top spot with £780m with wife Nancy Shevell.
They are followed by West End mogul Lord Lloyd-Webber, U2, Sir Elton John, Sir Mick Jagger and his Rolling Stones bandmate Keith Richards.
Adele is tied in 19th place on £125m with Queen guitarist Brian May.
The rise in her bank balance was put down to a 122-date global arena tour, which has earned an estimated £138m at box offices, and the continued success of her third album 25, which sold 2.4 million copies around the world in 2016.
The singer will play four sold-out shows at Wembley Stadium this summer - but has hinted th…

The African Film industry is set for a revolution through filmmaking, as Footprints Film foundation and High Definition Film Academy (HDFA) launches the 6th edition of its Script2ScreenAfrica filmmaking and Acting Reality TV project, with the theme “Film as a catalyst for revolution!”

“In a time when our continent is overwhelmed with multiple social ills; corruption, injustice, inequality, lack of quality education, lack of power supply, poverty, and insecurity, we seek to train filmmakers with a vision to tell stories that will tackle some of the continent’s most pressing issues head-on, educate viewers while entertaining them, and hopefully pique effective action once the screen’s glow diminishes.

Filmmakers who understand that film is an ideal catalyst for change, and linking a powerful story with a highly developed activist campaign could move public opinion and start a revolution,” organisers said in a statement.

Script to Screen Africa will select 60 finalists from audi…

"We have a bumper harvest, maize, tobacco, and other crops. We are not a poor country," Mr Mugabe added, while acknowledging that Zimbabwe had problems.

Chris is currently on his "Total Blackout Tour", which he jokingly calls the "alimony tour." There was a time during his comedy shows where he was bashing his ex and blamed the split on her. Now, though, he's realized that doing that, too, isn't exactly kosher.
"It's not fair," he told the magazine of his contentio…
