I Don't Talk To My Family Anymore, Including My Mom, They Only Cared About My Money - Emmanuel Adebayor. (Video)

Togolese striker, Emmanuel Adebayor, who went public to reveal some of his personal issues with his family which at some point affected his playing career, has given an update on the controversy.

Recall in 2015, the former Arsenal and Manchester City striker accused his family members including his mother and sister of witchcraft.  He also took to Facebook to offer series of insight into his family life, where he equally lamented on how ungrateful they were and wanted to bring him down.

Kenya's opposition candidate: No sex before poll

Kenya's main opposition presidential candidate Raila Odinga has urged his supporters not to have sex on the eve of elections as there is a "war to fight", reports the local Star newspaper.

According to the paper, he said at a rally in western Kenya that people should sleep with their partners after the election results are announced:

A 19-year-old man, who allegedly posed as female sex worker was nabbed in the early hours of today, along Kaunda, Malawi and is currently in the custody of Kanengo Police.

The suspect identified as Van Gomani dressed up like a woman complete with hair extension, stood along the road where he was picked up by a man who thought she was a lady.

Ahmed Hegazi: West Brom sign Egypt defender on loan

West Brom have signed Egypt defender Ahmed Hegazi on a season-long loan deal.

The centre-back arrives from Egyptian side Al Ahly, where he spent two years after leaving Italian club Fiorentina in 2015 following an injury-hit spell.

Premier League side West Brom have the option to sign Hegazi, 26, permanently at the end of the loan period.

SA minister in row over '$770,000 spent on flowers and gifts'

The minister comes from a prominent anti-apartheid family
South Africa's main opposition Democratic Alliance (DA) will demand an explanation from Housing minister Lindiwe Sisulu on how her department spent the "excessive amount" of 10 million rand ($770,000; £590,000) on flowers and gifts during the 2013/2014 financial year, the party has said. 

The controversy comes at a time when Ms Sisulu, the daughter of anti-apartheid struggle luminary Walter Sisulu, is running against several other candidates in the battle to succeed President Jacob Zuma as leader of the governing African National Congress (ANC).

South Korea proposes military, family reunion talks with North Korea

South Korea on Monday proposed military talks with North Korea this week, the first government-level talks since late 2015, in an effort to halt hostile activities near their joint border and after a series of missile tests by the North in recent weeks.

The proposal is the first formal overture by the government of President Moon Jae-in, who came to power in May pledging to engage the North in dialogue, as well as to apply pressure on Pyongyang to reduce tension on the Korean peninsula.

Living Dead director George A Romero dies at 77

The American-born filmmaker George A Romero, who created the genre-defining Living Dead movie franchise, has died at the age of 77, his manager has said.

Romero died in his sleep on Sunday with his wife and daughter at his side, after a "brief but aggressive battle" with lung cancer, Chris Roe said.

Amateur MMA Fighter Dies After He Was Brutally Knocked Out In A Fight

An amateur MMA fighter 37 year old  Donshay White, passed away on Saturday night after a fight at an event in Louisville, Kentucky. White collapsed and became unresponsive following a heavyweight fight against Ricky Muse.  It was the wrestlers first time back in the ring in nearly two years, and was immediately stopped when he failed to protect himself against Muse.
