JHS student stabbed to death by colleague

A junior high school student, Elijah Namon is in the grip of the police for allegedly stabbing his classmate to death.

The deceased, 20-year-old Matthew Opoku was stabbed in the chest on the school’s premises.

Zimbabwe's President Robert Mugabe, 93, has been urged by his wife to name his successor in order to end divisions over who the next leader will be. 

The president should not be "afraid" to choose his heir and his word would be "final", Grace Mugabe said. 

Mr Mugabe is the world's oldest ruler, and his Zanu-PF party has nominated him to stand for re-election next year.

Bezos's net worth topped $90 billion on Thursday, allowing the Amazon founder and CEO to narrowly dethrone Microsoft (MSFT, Tech30) co-founder Bill Gates as the richest man in the world, according to Forbes and Bloomberg. If Amazon stock holds steady through trading Thursday, Bezos will officially bump Gates, who has been No. 1 since 2013, from the the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

Beyonce reportedly hires 6 nannies to care for Twins

Beyonce and JAY Z reportedly have their hands full with month old twins Rumi and Sir Carter and have hired 6 nannies to care for them, Mirror reports. The couple welcomed their twins June 13, and revealed their first photo a month later.

“The twins don’t sleep at the same time, so she decided she needed three per child, working in eight hour shifts,” a source said.

Prince William to step down from ambulance job to become full-time royal

Prince Prince William will reportedly complete his last shift as an air ambulance pilot on Thursday (today) and resign from his day job, in order to focus full-time on his royal duties.

The 35-year-old prince, who is the second-in-line to the throne after his father, Prince Charles, announced in January he would quit his role as a pilot with the East Anglia Air Ambulance (EAAA) to take more of the official roles relinquished by Queen Elizabeth ,who since turning 90 last year has eased up on her royal workload.
