Paul Arduad, a very popular Congo Brazzaville gay Man, described as 'homosexual' by news outlets in his country has been reported dead after he lost a long battle with anal cancer.

Video: Apple fired the engineer who let his daughter film an iPhone X

Brooke Amelia Peterson, who filmed a video of the iPhone X before its release, revealed in a YouTube video that her father had been fired for letting her get the footage.
Peterson's father was a radio frequency engineer at Apple. She filmed the iPhone X in the Apple cafeteria, in the open, but no one said anything. The video went viral and Apple asked her to remove it, but her father still lost his job.

DR Congo's Kasai conflict: 'Millions face starvation without aid'

The head of the UN food agency has appealed for aid to avert a humanitarian crisis in the conflict-wracked DR Congo province of Kasai.
David Beasley told the BBC that more than three million people were now at risk of starvation.
He warned that hundreds of thousands of children could die in the coming months if aid was not delivered.

NSS withholds allowance for 8,000 personnel

The National Service Scheme (NSS) has withheld the payment of over 8,000 personnel over suspected fraud.

This comes after the NSS paid the allowance of service personnel for September and October after several delays.

At least 10 people have been killed in a double car bombing in the Somali capital, Mogadishu, which is still reeling from an attack that left hundreds dead earlier this month.
A suicide car bomber first drove into a hotel where President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo was due to host a meeting on Saturday, followed by a car bombing near a former parliament building.

Barack Obama called for jury duty in Illinois and plans to serve

Former US president Barack Obama has been summoned for jury duty in the state of Illinois and is planning to serve, a court official says.
Details have not been released but he is expected to appear in Cook County next month.

British-Nigerian boxer, Anthony Joshua has achieved another milestone after beating Cameroonian-French professional boxer Carlos Takam to retain his WBA and IBF heavyweight titles on Saturday night.
The referee ended the fight in the 10th round after Joshua who had injured his nose from a headbutt in the second round attacked Takam with a hook-uppercut combination and was heading further to land more blows.
