Gyan Investment partners DCPL in new deal
The business holding name for Black Stars Captain, Asamoah Gyan, Gyan
Investment Ghana Limited Group, has entered into a business agreement
with Development Capital Partners Limited.
The agreement amongst others allows Gyan Investments Ghana Limited to access advisory services from DCP.
The advisory services will cover the entities under the group including the yet to be launched, Baby Jet Airlines.
Commenting on the deal, the CEO of DCP, Andrew Naylor said, Asamoah
Gyan is a high profile personality both in Ghana and internationally so
we are delighted to have been chosen to support the development of his
business portfolio including Baby Jet Airlines.”
CEO of the Gyan Investment Ghana Limited Group, Sammy Addo, also
expressed appreciation to DCP for agreeing to support the Gyan
Investment Ghana Limited Group.
Baby Jet Airlines is currently undergoing processes to be granted an
air carrier license which will enable it start operating in Ghana’s
domestic aviation space.
It recently announced recruitment of staff for the airline company.
