At least 20 injured after plane crashes in Pretoria
At least 20 people have been injured after a plane crashed in Pretoria, paramedics confirmed on Tuesday.
According to reports, the plane crashed near Moloto road next to the Wonderboom airport but it remains unclear what caused the crash or what type of aircraft it is.
Spokesperson Ernie McCarthy confirmed the incident and that Emer-G-Med paramedics were attending to the scene.

"At this stage, we can confirm that crew members are attending to the scene of a crash," he said.
He was unable to confirm the number of those injured, though ER24 said 20 people had been injured as a result.

ER24 spokesperson Russel Meiring said ER24 paramedics, along with several other services, are currently on the scene treating and triaging the patients.
"Initial reports show that approximately 20 people had sustained injuries ranging from minor to critical. Paramedics are treating the patients and will thereafter transport them to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
"The ER24 Oneplan Helicopters are currently on the scene to airlift any critical patients to the hospital.
