Stormzy Launches ‘The Stormzy Scholarship’ For People Of Colour To Go To Cambridge
Education is key and British grime superstar of Ghanaian descent, Stormzy has just emphasized the need for quality education for people of all backgrounds by announcing his readiness to fund four students’ tuition fee at Cambridge University.
The pure and wholehearted gesture is his way of bridging the gap between the so-called minority ethnic groups, disadvantaged underrepresented communities and the majority ones.
Stormzy penned the announcement on his Instagram page with the main title for the scholarship being ”The Stormzy Scholarship”, application for the scholarship closes on August 30, 2018. Two black students will receive full sponsorship this and the other two will be next year (2019).
