Bola Ray, Sammy Awuku And Top CEOs Nominated For WBAF-UAMDC Awards

 The World Business Angel Investors forum in partnership with UAE-Africa Mentoring Development Consortium is hosting the maiden edition of the Africa Business Excellence Awards Ceremony slated on the 20th September 2018 at Mendiata Hotel, Achimota Golf Hill.  6pm prompt.

WBAF-UAMDC AFRICA EXCELLENCE AWARDS seeks to recognize leaders and business moguls that have excelled in their respective field of endeavors and also made impact in contributing to the development of people's capacities by providing mentorship, coaching and opening job opportunities for the youth in Africa.

The Chief Executive Officer of Excellence in Broadcasting ,EIB -Network, Nathaniel Kwabena Anokye-Adisi popularly known as Bola Ray has been nominated together with 24 more top CEOs.

Bola Ray has been nominated as African CEO that support Entrepreneurship in Ghana via his media platform.

The immediate past National Youth Organizer of rulling New Patriotic Party (NPP)  ,Sammy Awuku now the National Organizer has also been nominated for the youth Development and Job Creation category in the final official list released last night by the organizers.

Other nominees are , Hon.Mrs.Bisila Bokoko  -Spain, Engineer Nicholas Kofi Agyekumhene -Nigeria, Ms.Nkembu Natalie- Cameroon, Dr.James Orleans Lindsay -Ghana, Mr.Ernest Verishiyi Mbenkum -Cameron ,and Ms.Nkandu Beltz-Australia, Dr. Ngalle-Miano, Ms. Irene Muja and Ms. Rachael Yari

They have been nominated  to the following categories :Public Private Partnership,Public Service citation category ,Smart City and Innovartion category ,community and Developmental category,Leadership and transparency/Human Right ,Youth Development and Job creation,Lifetime Achievers ,Youngest Advocate on African Continental Free Trade,Diplomatic and Honorary Award,Government initiative on Clean and Sustainable Energy and ,Overall Business Enabling Country .

The rest of the categories are Sustainable local Content on Land and Natural Resources, Hospitality Support Services ,Extraordinary Peace and Global Security,Most Promising leader in Aviation Sector and Smart Investment Company in Africa.

Some special Guests  of Honours expected to grace the event are WBAF Chairman Hon. Baybars Altuntaş whose visit will be first time in West Africa. Mr. Baybars vision is to connect Ghanaian business to the world finance for ease and accessibility.

Also expected are  Hon. Dr. Tina Allton, WBAF UK high commissioner to Ghana and Ana Manduley Co- founder of UAMDC who will be visiting Ghana for the first time.

According to the Country Director for WBAF -Ghana, Mr. Steven Blessing Ackah also First African to chair the 200 Association,  mentioned "given the diverse challenges the world is confronted wth in the twenty-first century, it is imperative  to recognize that entrepreneurship can have a major impact on the next generation , provides innovations to increase economic opportunities and to foster social justice and economic opportunities".

The World Business Angels Investment Forum aims to contribute to that impact by driving positive changes that will facilitate entrepreneurship whose effects can be felt in both economic and social arenas.
