Woman Who Underwent 9 Surgical Procedures to Look Like Ivanka Trump Reveals the Results

A woman who underwent nine surgical procedures to look like Ivanka Trump is revealing her transformation.

"I want to look like Ivanka Trump," Schmidt told Inside Edition before the surgery. "I think she is beautiful. I think she's very poised, classy. I like the way she carries herself. What's not to like?"

The 34-year-old technology analyst from Texas underwent nine different procedures to look like President Trump's oldest daughter.

"I love her nose, and I love her cheeks," Schmidt said.

Schmidt believed she had two problem areas: her chin and stomach. Ahead of the surgery, Houston cosmetic surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose drew on her body to mark the areas he would adjust, using a photo of Ivanka as a guide.

“You see how Ivanka has such pretty curves,” he said.

During the surgery, Schmidt underwent a nose job, cheek contouring, lip filler, lipo under her chin, bra fat lipo, a Brazilian butt lift and lipo on her stomach, hips and thighs.

Hours later, she was wheeled out of the O.R., her face covered in bandages.

Six weeks later, her friends gathered for a reveal party at Houston’s Emmaline restaurant, where "Bachelor" star Erica Rose made the big introduction.

“Sara always admired Ivanka's looks and now she has it!” she said.

 Schmidt wore a long, form-fitting gown for the reveal. Her friends couldn’t believe it.

“She looks amazing,” one friend said. Another added, “She looks wonderful. Just like Ivanka.”

Schmidt was overjoyed with the final result.

“I absolutely have the Ivanka look I wanted,” she said.
