Woman Charged With Murder For Pushing Elderly Man Off Bus After He Told Her To “Be Nice”

25-year-old Cadesha Bishop of Las Vegas now faces a charge of murder on an elderly person, after she pushed a 74-year-old man off a bus on March 21st.

According to the police report, Bishop was allegedly “yelling and cursing” at other passengers on the bus when Serge Fournier, 74, told her to “be nice.” Bishop then shoved Fournier off the bus in front of the other passengers, which was caught on surveillance footage.

The man suffered a bad fall and at first refused to go to the hospital, but he went later in the same evening. Friends and neighbors told KLAS that even though he initially survived the fall, he was left badly injured and remained in pain from a crushed hip until his death a few weeks later.

The Clark County Coroner later ruled his death a homicide.
