Chaana shito launches ‘Fund raiser’ for Hina Numbu foundation

Chaana Shito, a hot black pepper sauce which is gradually becoming ubiquitous in Ghanaian cuisines will on December 20, 2019 launch the fund raising campaign to support the Hina Numbu Foundation.

According to management of the shito brand, Hina Numbu Foundation is a non-governmental organisation known to advocate for the wellbeing of the underprivileged in the society. “Their next target is to raise funds to help improve the health situations up North. The initiative taken by Hina Numba is a laudable one, and that is why we want to support the initiative with Gh ₵ 2 of every jar of shito bought”

Hina Numbu foundation is raising funds to do a free medical outreach during the first two days of the Damba Festival next year. The screening which will happen in all the Northern regions will be on these dangerous sicknesses; Hypertension, Malaria and Diabetes and also educate people on both the preventive and also to take care of themselves even after contracting any of the disease.
