Sharon Osbourne Miscarried a Baby She Didn’t Know She Had After ‘Frightening’ Dog Attack

Sharon Osbourne suffered a miscarriage at the age of 28.

The Talk co-host, who shares three children — Jack, Kelly and Aimee — with husband Ozzy, revealed on Wednesday’s program that she was unaware that she was pregnant in her late 20s when she lost the baby after a “terrifying” dog attack in her parents’ home.

“When I was about, oh my lord, 28, I was attacked by a Doberman Pinscher and a Bernese Mountain Dog.

They were my parents’ and I came into the house — then I had a very high-pitched voice — and their ears went like this,” Osbourne, 64, told the ladies of The Talk while she made an upward pointing gesture with her fingers.

“I walked in the door, said hello and bang,” she said and explained that the dogs didn’t know her well.

“The Doberman jumped up and head-butted me — that’s one of the things that they do — and got me down to the ground and they both attacked me,” Osbourne continued.

Fortunately, her mother was home at the time and pulled the two dogs off of her daughter.

“I went to hospital and I didn’t know, but I was pregnant and eventually lost the baby,” she stated.

She added of the scary incident, “It’s the most frightening thing in the world and time goes in slow motion and fear — I was just so fearful I could do nothing. You’re like a rag doll.”

Despite being attacked years ago, Osbourne is still a lover of canines — and was surprised by a $10,000 pup on The Talk in 2011!

After meeting the dog of her dreams when she and husband Ozzy attended a charity event to benefit co-host Holly Robinson Peete’s HollyRod Foundation, the couple bid, and won, on a rescued Yorkie pup in an auction for $10,000. Although they couldn’t bring the 8-week-old puppy home right away, Osbourne was surprised with then-puppy Charlie on the live show.
