I am not ashmaed to say I am 32 years old- Actress Lydia Forson says in her birthday message

Lydia who is a year older today, wrote a warm birthday message to herself where she stated that she is not ashamed to say she is 32 years old and will not be made to think that she is running out of time. She wrote; "I’m 32 years old today- yes- let me spell it out for you 32. I’m not going to let anyone shame me into thinking I shouldn’t say this out loud, or believe that it’s a sign that I’m running out of time, for what I do not know. Because for many instead of looking at age as a thing of pride we’ve shrouded it in negativity. I lost a friend this morning to cancer and it just dawned on me that she didn’t get to have this opportunity. So I’m going to scream my age out loud and wear it with a badge if I have to. Why? Because 32 years is how many mornings I’ve woken up and nights I’ve gone to bed. 32 is how many years I’ve inhaled and exhaled without skipping a beat, it’s the number years I’ve made it past Christmas,New Years and other holidays, and more than anyth

Man gets rescued after climbing inside a waste bin and getting stuck (Photos)

The police had to be alerted when stunned locals in the town of Murcia, south-eastern Spain, heard a voice coming from a tiny rubbish bin. It turned out that there was a man inside, a Romanian, who had climbed in, apparently mistakenly, thinking it contained old clothes he could take. According to reports, passers-by, who heard the man calling for help, initially ignored it, suspecting it was a candid camera stunt, but eventually somebody called the police, who turned up and confirmed that it wasn’t a stunt and that the man was indeed trapped in the bin. When he explained that he was stuck, they tried to free him, but failed and in the end had to call in council staff to open the bin manually. This worked and the man was finally freed, without the need to call the local fire brigade. The Police believe he was probably with an accomplice who would have kept watch outside, but ran off when his friend got stuck.

Caitlyn Jenner Is ‘Trying to Be a Good Mom’ to Kim Kardashian West After Robbery

Kim Kardashian West‘s family is continuing to rally around her in the wake of her horrifying armed robbery. It’s been almost three weeks since Kardashian West, 36, was robbed at gunpoint in Paris and she has stepped away from social media and public life since the incident. However, that doesn’t mean that she hasn’t been seeing her family including Caitlyn Jenner. “She, of course, is just being a good mom, and you know just making sure that she’s okay,” Jenner’s friend and I Am Cait costar Candis Cayne told reporters at the TransNation Festival 15th Annual Queen USA Transgender beauty pageant held at the Theatre at the Ace Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. (Jenner also attended the Saturday event.) “No one should go through that,” Cayne said of Kardashian West. “And no one should ever be questioned about going through that. And it was a traumatic experience.” “I asked Cait how she was doing,” Cayne continued. “She said she’s doing okay, and you know she’s getting through it,

Father sentenced to 1,503 years in prison for raping teenage daughter

A 41-year-old man in Fresno, Califonia was sentenced to 1,503 years in prison for raping his teenage daughter over a four-year period.   The man was sentenced Friday, October 21, to the longest-known prison sentence in Fresno Superior Court history. The Associated Press is not naming the man because it could identify his daughter. They also don't name victims of sexual abuse. In announcing the punishment, Judge Edward Sarkisian Jr. told the man he is a "serious danger to society" and noted that he had never shown remorse and has blamed his daughter for his predicament. The man's daughter was first sexually abused by a family friend but instead of protecting her, he turned her into "a piece of property," prosecutor Nicole Galstan said. The victim was raped two to three times a week from May 2009 to May 2013, when the girl got the courage to leave him.   In September, a jury found him guilty of 186 felony counts of sexual assault, including dozens of

Real Madrid 2-1 Athletic Bilbao

Substitute Alvaro Morata netted a late winner to help Real Madrid to a hard-fought 2-1 win over Athletic Bilbao and send them top of the LaLiga table. Zinedine Zidane’s men appeared to be on their way to their third league draw at the Santiago Bernabeu in succession – something that last happened in 1969-70 – but Morata found the net with seven minutes left on the clock to help his side to victory. Comfortable wins over Real Betis and Legia Warsaw suggested Madrid were on the right path again after four games without a win preceding those two results, yet Athletic caused them all kinds of trouble at the Bernabeu. Things looked positive for Madrid early on, with Karim Benzema opening the scoring after just seven minutes to set them on their way, only for Sabin to restore parity in the 27th minute. Madrid created plenty of chances to regain the lead, with Cristiano Ronaldo in particular rather wasteful in front of goal, and they eventually scored the crucial second in the clo

US to examine AT&T deal to buy Time Warner

The deal is believed to be the biggest so far in the world this year US lawmakers and both presidential candidates have raised questions about AT&T's deal to buy Time Warner. The US telecoms giant, already the country's third largest cable provider, is paying $85.4bn (£70bn) for the company, which owns CNN and HBO. A Senate subcommittee responsible for competition will hold a hearing in November. However AT&T's chief executive Randall Stephenson believes regulators will approve the deal. Senator Mike Lee, the Republican who chairs the antitrust subcommittee, said the deal would "potentially raise significant antitrust issues, which the subcommittee would carefully examine". The biggest merger to be announced this year would combine AT&T's distribution network, which includes 130m mobile phone customers and 25m pay-TV subscribers, with content from the Warner Brothers film studios and the cable TV channels HBO, the Cartoon N

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom sign off on divorce settlement for the second time

Finally! One of Hollywood's longest and most drawn-out divorces is, at long last, over -- well, almost over. Khloe Kardashian 32, and Lamar Odom, 36, have officially signed off on their divorce settlement, reports TMZ, and all that remains now is for a Los Angeles County judge to sign off too. The estranged couple -- who split way back in 2013 -- agreed on a property settlement and filed their last round of paperwork with the court on Oct. 21, reports TMZ. It's been a lonnnnng time coming: Khloe first filed for divorce back in December 2013 amid the former NBA star's well-documented battle with drugs and cheating allegations. But the paperwork sat around for another 18 months until Lamar finally signed off. Then, because of a Los Angeles County courts backlog, the paperwork sat around again waiting for a judge to finalize things. But before that could happen, Lamar suffered a near-fatal overdose in a Nevada brothel in October 2015, which led Khloe to withdraw h

Chelsea Spoil Mourinho’s Return With 4:0 Against Man Utd

As familiar as defeat at Stamford Bridge became for Jose Mourinho last season, there was nothing as bad as this. He came home and was utterly hammered, suffering his worst Premier League defeat ever. A fiercely driven Chelsea battered Manchester United 4-0. It was Antonio Conte’s side that came out like they had a point to prove, rather than their former manager, as there was never a second of this game when they didn’t look superior to United. There were only 29 seconds, in fact, when Chelsea weren’t ahead. That was how long it took for Pedro to take advantage of a defensive mix-up between Daley Blind and Chris Smalling, and then round the exposed David De Gea to make it 1-0. Chelsea kept that pace up for the rest of the half, and were just quicker than United to everything. It took only another 20 minutes, in fact, for it to be 2-0. Mourinho’s defence again switched off, as four players stood stationary around Gary Cahill at a corner, allowing him to volley in from close
