Can't stop the voting: Timberlake casts ballot in Memphis

Justin Timberlake flew from California to Tennessee in order to vote early, and state officials say that's great — but he shouldn't have taken a selfie at the ballot box.
The singer posted a picture of himself at the voting booth on Instagram Monday , noting that if he could make that effort, then there are "No excuses, my good people!"
A Tennessee law that took effect earlier this year bars voters from taking photographs or video while inside a polling location.

Tennessee Secretary of State spokesman Adam Ghassemi says officials are "thrilled Justin can't stop the feeling" but reminded voters to use their phones inside polling locations only to help them vote.
Timberlake lives in California, but grew up in the Memphis area and owns property near Nashville.

Jay Z to headline free Cleveland show in support of Clinton

Jay Z is planning to hold a free concert in Cleveland to encourage people to vote for Democrat Hillary Clinton for president.
The rapper has released few details on the Nov. 4 show, held days before the Nov. 8 election, but says it will include special guests. Tickets will be distributed beginning Friday.
Cleveland was also the site of a free get-out-the-vote concert Jay Z held in support of Democrat Barack Obama just days before he was elected president in 2008.

Jay Z was joined by Cavaliers star LeBron James and 20,000 fans for that gathering at Quicken Loans Arena.
The stadium was also the site of the Republican National Convention in July.
Recent polls have shown Ohio is considered a toss-up between Clinton and Republican nominee Donald Trump.

'I believe we're winning in polls, don't believe the media' - Donald Trump tells rally

Donald Trump  on Monday told a crowd of supporters in Florida that he is in the leading the White House race in polls, telling them to forget reports by the main stream media such as CNN who in a recent poll said Clinton was passing Trump by 5% among likely voters..

"Some great polls have just come out. I believe we're actually winning," Trump said, while slamming the mainstream media. The Billionaire business man then cited two polls, which show he's in the lead.

"The Investors (Business) Daily poll, which was the single most accurate poll for the last three cycles. The last three presidential races. We're up. We just went up. We were down three. We were down five. We're now two up in Rasmussen. Just came out this morning. We're up in another couple of polls," Trump said. However, the majority of national polls show Trump isn't leading.

A new ABC News/Washington Post poll shows Clinton with a 12-point lead over Trump among likely-voters.

Woman files a $20m lawsuit against KFC for $20 bucket of chicken she ordered

A New York grandmother says she spent $20 for a bucket of chicken at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) last summer and was disappointed when she didn't get what was advertised. She said:
“I came home and said, “Where’s the chicken?’ ” Anna Wurtzburger said.  “I thought I was going to have a couple of meals.” She claimed that KFC's advert showed a “bucket that’s overflowing with chicken,” which was what she expected.
She’s now suing them for $20m claiming false advertising.
Wurtzburger complained to the company but said she was told that the reason why all bucket was overflowing with chicken on the ads was to give the opportunity for the public to see the product. But because she wasn't satisfied with the explanation, she hired a lawyer, demanding the company change its advertising.
The company did send the 64-year-old grandmother two gift certificates as an apology, but she sent them back, instead asking for $20 million in damages.

She said she's demanding $20m becaus…

I’ll Ban Social Media – IGP Insists

The police administration says it has not backtracked on its decision to ban social media on election day.
According to the Inspector General of Police John Kudalor, the police will not hesitate to ban social media on the election day if users post information that will threaten the peace of the country, even though President John Mahama has ruled out any ban.
Mr Kudalor said currently Ghanaians have not given the police any cause to block various social media platforms on election day.

“Whether we will shut it down or not, I don’t want to go there; when we get to the bridge we will cross it. But as at now, we have no intention to shut down social media if you continue to be good citizens,” he indicated.
Mr Kudalor earlier this year indicated that if need be, the police administration would block social media on the eve of the election day.
It took President Mahama to allay the fears but unconfirmed sources claim that banning social media is highly on the card.
Mr Kudalor said this w…

Kim Kardashian West drops Paris robbery lawsuit

Kim Kardashian West has dropped a court case against a website that claimed she staged an armed robbery in Paris.
Her lawyer said the two sides had resolved the issue.
The reality star said she would take US celebrity gossip site MediaTakeOut to court but has dropped the case after it issued an apology.
The site reported the 35-year-old had faked being robbed at gunpoint at a luxury apartment in the French capital earlier this month.

The publication also accused her of making a fraudulent insurance claim for millions of dollars of jewellery.
French police said Kim Kardashian West was robbed at gunpoint by at least two men dressed as police officers who stole a box containing jewellery worth up to $6.7m (£5.2m).
Kardashian West's husband, Kanye West, was on stage at the Meadows Music and Arts Festival in New York at the time of the robbery.
He ended his set as soon as he heard the news, telling fans: "I'm sorry, family emergency. I have to stop the show."

Schwarzenegger: 'I would've run' for president (if not for that constitutional problem)

Arnold Schwarzenegger, likely the only recent ex-governor of California with an international following, always rebuffed the question during his seven years in office:
Would you have liked to run for president?

"If I'd been born in America, I would've run," Schwarzenegger said in an interview for the latest edition of the magazine Adweek. "Because now? This was a very good time to get in the race."

Schwarzenegger, of course, could not have run under almost all legal interpretations of the U.S. Constitution's "natural born" clause for eligibility to serve as president. Still, it rarely stopped the speculation, most notably after his well-received 2004 speech to the Republican National Convention. The GOP governor was touted shortly afterward by backers of a proposed constitutional amendment to open up presidential eligibility.

Schwarzenegger announced earlier this month that he will not vote for GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, th…

Jose Mourinho: It's hard for Wayne Rooney, but i'll never sell him, it'll never go to that point.

Head coach of Manchester United, Jose Mourinho has revealed he'll never ever sell England/Man U captain Wayne Rooney despite his long stretch of poor form for club and country. Rooney, England's highest goal scorer and Manchester United's second highest goal scorer of all time has been dropped by club and country due to his poor form and sloppiness during matches, but Mourinho who has kept him on the bench in his last 3 premier league matches says he'll never sell his captain, as rumours surfaced that United will be looking to offload him as soon as this summer.
Speaking to Sky Sports News HQ, Mourinho was asked about the possible prospect of selling Rooney, 30, to which he replied emphatically.

“No, never. I will never make that decision. A player of his stature, a player of his history in the club will never go to point where club or manager want to make that decision for him.
“I put him [Rooney] on the bench for three matches in a row. That is hard for him,…
