NPP executives impound YEA bicycles

Officials of the Youth Employment Authority, (YEA) in the Eastern region were concerning Friday evening blocked by the New Juaben South Constituency executives of the ruling New Patriotic Party from allegedly transporting some bicycles of the agency.

Some officials of the YEA reportedly led by the Regional Director, Mr Mohammed Pelpuo at in the region of 5pm were parking ten bicycles from the warehouse of the Authority into a Vehicle but constituency executives of the NPP upon a tip off, curt to the scene to ensnare and evaluate the officials upon where the bicycles were swine sent to.

The executives unconvinced approximately the explanations truthful by the YEA officials, seized the items and reported the combat to the New Juaben Municipal Police Command.

The Municipal Police Commander, Superintendent Richardson Kumeko, swiftly dispatched police officers led by the Station Master Chief Inspector Ebenezer Sakyi to the regional office of the YEA where the bicycles were beast loaded.

The bicycles were impounded and loaded into a Police Vehicle for safe keeping at the Municipal police command.

Speaking to Starr News Eastern regional Correspondent, Kojo Ansah, the New Juaben South Constituency Vice Chairman of the NPP, Mr. Asante Benjamin Benash said the party is helping to prevent corrupt undertakings by officials of the previous administration yet occupying key positions after the transition.
He said the party is not alive thing violent but rather monster proactive.
