OFFICIAL VIDEO: Prez-Elect Names Backroom Staff...National Security Head, CoS, etc

President-elect Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo has named some members of his backroom staff to steer the affairs of government at least for the first four years.

At a press conference held at his residence shortly after his tour of the Flagstaff House, Nana Akufo-Addo named Frema Opare Osei as the new Chief of Staff. She will be the first woman to appointed Chief of Staff in Ghana's history.

Below are the names of the President-elect's A-list backroom staff

*Deputy Chiefs of Staff, Samuel Abu Jinapor and Francis Asenso-Boakye

*Secretary to the President, Nana Asante Bediatuo

*NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISOR - BRIGADIER GENERAL EMMANUEL OKYERE

*Director of State Protocol, Ambassador Hassan Ahmed

*Director of Communications at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin

*DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH - VICTOR NEWMAN

*Director of Operations at the Presidency, Lord Oblitey Commey

*Presidential Staffers, Saratu Atta and CLARA NAPAGA SULEMANA TIA

*National Security Coordinator, Joshua Cheremeh


These are staff at the presidency with the exception of Albert Kan Dapaa who has been nominated as Minister for National Security.
