You are still where you are because of the perception behind the reason you are doing what you are doing. Everyone with the mindset of impacting positively with whatever he or she is doing  to excel in every aspect in his/her field . 

I met a lady sometime ago who was into acting. She did make a statement I will address. " I want to be a Star, I want to be a celebrity ", I want to see my self on a big platform ". The moment you begin to let these thoughts rule your mind that is when anything comes in. You go to the extend of giving out something valuable you have in exchange for the status you want to obtain. 

I decided to draw closer to you today and speak to your hearing. The moment you work with the mindset of I want to gain popularity and fame that's why i'm doing what i'm doing then count your SUCCESSFUL Light with a Dim flame of Light but the moment you work with the mindset of I want to impact positively with what i do then Count your SUCCESSFUL Light brighter than the day light.

As the Holy Bible says: " Seek first the kingdom of God and its righteousness and all things shall be added unto you" You don't go and look for the "all things before you come back and seek for the Kingdom of God and its righteousness. Then you won't  be that successful.

Don't work with the mindset of gaining popularity and the fame of it before you begin to think about the impacting aspect. Be the best everywhere by working with the mindset of impacting positively and you will explore.

Many have claim the chariot of success and are lacking in it because they worked with the mindset of gaining popularity. " I want to be a celebrity" " I want to be a star" you will be what  you are wishing to be and you will find yourself wanting. I want to tell you it's very wrong to work with the popularity mindset. 

Develop passion for what you want to do and what you are doing and you will excel. I don't think 'the father of Microsoft' worked with the mindset of i want to be one of the richest men in the world. NO!! The riches came after he worked hard on impacting the society with the Microsoft Software. That's how success is all about.

Be you and be determined in whatever you are doing. Be the best everywhere you are by impacting positively and the due respect together with applause will come to your doorstep. If you are working with the mindset of popularity or been famous drop it today and start working with the mindset of impacting Positively and you will be SEEN.
