New Discovery : Veana Negasi Yearns To Be Loved

Veana Negasti, a multi-dimensional singer/songwriter of African descent, was firstly introduced into music like many other artist through the church choir. Her music can be categorized as Afro-pop, contemporary dancehall or soul, predominantly.

Veana Negasti represents a new breed of cross-cultural, versatile singers with the aim of cutting across the barriers of language, race and religion to create music with a message.

The afro-pop singer has remained dominant in 2017. Veana Negasi is one of the most promising up-and-coming acts whose 2016 includes guest appearances on Akiti Woroworo Tadi 2pac which featured Pappy Kojo as well.

Veana is hardly a newcomer and has featured on songs of a few top Ghanaian artistes. She continues to be overlooked, despite possessing one of the most impressive voices in modern R&B / Afro-pop.

Her singing is textured and mutable. After the long wait she finally got into the studio cooked up an emotional sizzling banger titled ‘Why Don’t You Love Me?”. "Why Don’t You Love Me?" is a contemporary dancehall song and was released June 2nd.
