Video: Joel Osteen impersonator shows up at a Joel Osteen event and trolls everyone

Extremely rich and famous pastor Joel Osteen had an event at the Forum in Inglewood, California in late October, so actor Michael Klimkowski decided to jump at the opportunity to do some A+ trolling.

Klimkowski happens to look a hell of a lot like Osteen, so he decided to head to the event and see how far his Osteen impersonation could take him.

Spoiler: It takes him right to the stage. Before the event, Klimkowski, joined by members of the sketch comedy group Dabs Den, manage to trick everyone from diehard fans to security, and are only caught on their way out.

According to AVClub, the threat of jail at the end of the clip was from Osteen security. The "real police" thought the whole thing was funny.

Klimkowski says that they actually went to the event to do capture him doing some  "uncharacteristic things" as Joel, such as drinking beer, when they realized they could probably get inside the venue.

"We waltzed right through security and to the stage, and that's what the video became about. How far we could get as Joel. We got front and center and then security realized I wasn't the actual Joel," he wrote in an email.

He added, "Nobody was arrested. We were escorted off property. All the security was really nice, except for that one dude you can hear in the video."
