Justin Bieber Begs Fans to Let Him Eat Lunch in Peace, Stop Acting 'Like Animals'

Justin Bieber may be "done taking pictures" with fans, but that didn't stop Beliebers from crowding around the singer and taking photos of him as he ate lunch in Australia.
Afterward, fans chased him as he ran to his car from a Chargrill Charlie's restaurant.

In a video, Bieber can be heard telling the crowd, "The more you guys scream and act like animals, the less we can have a conversation."

Last May, Bieber wrote on Instagram, "It has gotten to the point that people won't even say hi to me or recognize me as a human, I feel like a zoo animal, and I wanna be able to keep my sanity."

Check out photos and videos from the uncomfortable encounter below:
Probably the first time I've felt sorry for Justin Bieber. The poor guy can't even go for chicken without a mob of baying fans tailing him. — Joe Ellison (@Chevychased) March 17, 2017

Annie~Joy writes: Why Fail! Be Inspired!!

I met this young lady who was looking quite worried and stressed out. I approached her to find out what could be the problem. Then she began to narrate what the exact problem was: " It looks like all my efforts are in vain concerning my education. She said, this will be the third time I'll be writing a WAEC exam. I Completed in 2014 and failed all the papers.
I got A1 during tests and was even the girls perfect of my school. I wrote Nov/Dec exams and failed in all again. I even taught my friends and they passed. So this will be the third time she will be writing again." Then I asked myself this question; WHY FAIL? How can someone who taught her friends to pass, fail her exams.

The knowledge she gave her friends wasn't it the same knowledge she applied during her exam? Although she is feeling like the clouds are crushing down on her, yet still, she has made up her mind to write to get what she deserves. I know it’s not easy for her but she still has the h…

HR TODAY: Emotional habits that hold leaders back

More often than not our emotions get in our way to success. It actually takes over our real sense of reasoning. We therefore take certain decisions based on our emotions order than thinking and analysing situations more carefully. We’ve all heard the ways that emotional intelligence is important to success, but sometimes our emotions can be harmful.
Especially when the situation is tense, leading with emotions is usually not the best option. It clouds our judgement and makes us become who we are not. Emotional Intelligence exercises must therefore be an integral part preparing our direct reports for leadership roles. Conscious efforts must be made to work on the emotions of people we work with. Human resource practitioners would have to have dedicated HR SPOC for such activities within the organization.
Here are some examples of emotional behaviours that are often damaging. If any of these sound familiar, stop and ask yourself what kind of results you’re getting from them, …

Man shoots wife over food

A 45-year old woman has been hospitalised after her husband shot her over a misunderstanding over food. Akua Badu, a resident of Abuakwa near Kumasi in the Ashanti Region, suffered the gun wounds during a visit to the husband, Kwasi Amadu, in the Atwima Kwawoma District.
Nhyira News sources say Mr Amadu had turned down a request by the woman to share a bowl of Tuo-Zaafi, a local Ghanaian dish.
Still angered by the events earlier in the day, Amadu later that evening refused to eat supper and ordered her wife of 25 years out of their matrimonial home.
Consequently, Akua Badu spent the night in an uncompleted building not very far from home.
Akua says the next morning, she returned home with the assumption that the petty misunderstanding was over only for a drunk Amadu to reach for a double- barrel gun and shot her twice – once at her right shoulder, another in buttocks.
Madam Badu was rushed to SDA hospital at Dominase where she is currently responding to treatment. Meanwhile, Mr Amadu …

Demi Lovato Nude Photos Leak, Naked Pictures Hacked

Alleged nude photos of Demi Lovato have surfaced, suggesting she’s yet another victim in the naked picture hackings targeting Hollywood stars this month.
There are two pics circulating, although the authenticity of both is unclear. In one snapshot, Lovato is seen laying in bed while wearing an Adidas sweatshirt. The top, however, is unzipped, revealing the singer’s cleavage. In the other picture, which has been floating around the Internet since before this latest scandal started last week, shows a faceless woman exposing the lower half of her body. Though it is said to be Lovato, there is no way to confirm that based on the framing of the picture.
Nevertheless, Lovato has been hacked before. In 2014, nude photos of Lovato were posted on then-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama’s Twitter account after a hacker gained access. This was just before the “The Fappening,” the massive naked celebrity hacking scandal that involved more than a dozen well-known female celebrities. As Gossip C…

The microblogging platform also announced the FBI had informed the company it was no longer under a "gag order" that prevented the disclosure of five cases involving "national security letters" - special requests from the US law enforcement agency in national security cases.
As a result, Twitter was able to inform the affected users of the FBI requests.
"As we continue to push for more transparency in how w…

Adult twins who died after they fell from England's famous White Cliffs of Dover on New Year’s Day were carrying their parents’ ashes, investigators revealed on Tuesday.
Muriel and Bernard Burgess, 59, had been struggling to come to terms with the deaths of their parents, especially the passing of their mother in 2014, according to a coroner.
