Video: Man removed from Delta flight for using bathroom before takeoff

A Wisconsin man was removed from a Delta Air Lines flight after using the bathroom against crew instructions shortly before takeoff.
Kima Hamilton says he urgently needed to use the bathroom April 18 while on a Milwaukee-bound plane in Atlanta. He says takeoff was delayed and the flight wasn't moving, so he decided to go.

Cellphone video shows Delta agents asked Hamilton to de-board after he got back to his seat, but he refused. The crew emptied the aircraft and allowed everyone but Hamilton back on.
Delta says it's imperative that passengers comply with crew instructions, especially at critical points of takeoff and landing.
Hamilton says FBI agents met him at the gate but didn't arrest him. He got a partial refund but says it wasn't enough to cover another ticket.

In March, Fifa passed on evidence to Swiss and United States authorities, whose own investigations into alleged corruption at football's governing body began two years ago.
In May 2015, Swiss authorities raided a Zurich hotel and arrested seven people who were among 14 indicted on corruption charges in an inquiry led by the United States Department of Justice.

Brexit: Chancellor Merkel warns UK on scope of talks with EU

German Chancellor Angela Merkel says some British people have "illusions" about discussing the UK's future ties with the EU at the same time as nailing down the UK's Brexit terms.
An EU-UK deal can only be discussed once the exit issues - such as UK payments to the EU budget - are resolved, Mrs Merkel told German MPs.
The UK initiated the formal procedure to leave the EU on 29 March.
It sets a two-year deadline for completion of the exit negotiations.
EU leaders are to meet on Saturday to adopt their joint negotiating position on Brexit. They are working on the basis of draft guidelines issued on 31 March.
Official talks will not begin until after the UK general election on 8 June.
UK Prime Minister Theresa May called the early election, saying she needed to strengthen her hand in Brexit negotiations.
The EU wants the terms of the UK's exit to be decided before any discussion of a future trade relationship, while Mrs May wants the two issues to be dealt with si…

Annie~Joy writes: What Life Gave. #BeInsipred!

Every child enjoys fresh air the moment it comes out of the womb to its new world. There are two expressions it gives which are either crying or smiling. But I tell you if any child knew right from birth that the location it won't be appealing, I don't think it would have responded and obeyed the voice "push, it is coming" I don't know where life located you. May be yours is quite endurable but some when seen, you quickly release tears from your eyes. I want to ask this; is it because the world has become quite a scary place to be that's why the poor and needy are being rejected, ignored and avoided? We have two categories of people on planet earth which are the rich and the poor.  The moment you fall within the rich categories, it automatically becomes your responsibility to cater for the poor people. Why do I say this? The moment a needy or a poor person needs help, indeed they always need help, but when it becomes unbearable, the only person h…

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the plaintiff is Xposure Photos, a UK-based photo agency.  Most stars don't like the paparazzi, but according to this lawsuit filed in California, Kardashian may have taken to an image of herself snapped by Manual Munoz and then licensed to The Daily Mail. The image shows Kardashian and one of her sisters going for a meal at a Miami restaurant.

According to New York Daily News, Kenny Bryant, a Hinds County Sheriff’s Department deputy, said the Chicago-born crooner became involved in a romantic relationship with his spouse, Asia Childress, prior to the couple’s July 15, 2012 wedding.

According to WAPT, Bryant since agreed to his wife’s request to relocate to Atlanta so she may “further her career” opportunities — which Bryant believes was really a motive to further the affair.
