Beyoncé and JAY-Z’s Twins Are Reportedly Home From the Hospital

Beyoncé and JAY-Z's Gemini twins have finally left the hospital and are now home with their parents and big sister, according to E! News.
Citing “multiple sources,” E! News reports that the beybies had been staying at the hospital for “an extended period of time” after their birth, which was confirmed June 17 (although they are believed to have been born a few days before that). One source said the babies are “doing great,” while another said they are “healthy.”

On Saturday 24th June 2017, Esther Benyeogo the 19 year-old singer was crowned Season 7 winner of God’s Children Great Talent during a live television broadcast of the grand finale at Eko Convention Centre.  She received the show’s grand prize of a 250 million naira management contract, 10 million naira cash and a brand new Kia Rio.

TIME magazine has released it's list of 25 most influential people on the internet. Chrissy Teigen came up number one followed by Matt Drudge and J.K Rowling. Others on the list include Donald Trump, Rihanna, Chance the rapper, Katy Perry, Kim Kardashian, Joanne the scammer and others. 

South Africa prisoners entertained by 'strippers'

Inmates at a South African prison known as Sun City were treated to "strippers" as part of an official event.
Pictures circulating on social media show two scantily-clad women in thigh-high boots pressing themselves up against orange suited men at Johannesburg's Medium B prison.
On Monday, the Department of Correctional Services confirmed the veracity of the photos.

Trump breaks White House Eid dinner tradition

US President Donald Trump has broken a nearly 20-year-old tradition by failing to host a dinner marking the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
The White House event had been held every year since President Clinton's tenure.
The Eid al-Fitr feast ends Ramadan, a period when Muslims fast and focus on charitable giving. 

11 die in accident on Bole-Bamboi road

Eleven people, including two children, died in an accident that occurred at Dikpa near Tinga on the Bole-Bamboi highway, in the Bole District in the Northern Region Sunday dawn when a Ssanyong mini bus travelling from Kumasi to Wa, the Upper West Regional capital, ran into a stationary DAF truck parked on the road.

Jose Manuel Felix Mourinho, father of Man U manager, Jose Mourinho, has died. Felix who made more than 250 appearances as a goalkeeper for Portuguese club, Vitoria Setubal and Belenenses in his career along with one for the national team, died on Sunday June 25th after suffering for sometime from Pneumonia and other illnesses.

Dozens missing after tourist boat sinks in Colombia

Efforts to find 31 people still missing after a tourist boat capsized in northwest Colombia have been suspended overnight due to thunderstorms.
At least six people died in the incident which occurred near the town of Guatape, roughly 45 kilometers (28 miles) east of Medellin, one of Colombia's biggest cities.

Guard dog kills class one pupil

Teachers and pupils of New Amanful Basic School, a fishing community near Takoradi, are yet to come to terms with the horror of how an Alsatian strayed into the school and killed a six-year-old class one pupil who was playing with his schoolmates on the school's compound.
The pupils were said to be playing when the dog attacked Bismark Adzie and inflicted serious injuries on him.

Catholic Bishop refuses to give gay people last rites unless they repent

Even though Pope Francis has repeatedly said he believes in treating gay people with dignity and compassion, one Catholic Illinois Bishop Thomas Paprocki, apparently disagrees with him. Bishop Paprocki has issued a decree asking priests to deny gay people several religious offerings like the holy communion.
The decree, which isn't public yet but was sent to staff, instructed priests not to give gay couples communion or their last rites until they repent for their relationship.

Remy Ma has ended rival Nicki Minaj's seven-year winning streak at the 2017 BET Awards, a show highlighted by '90s R&B and groups popular in that decade.
Ma, who returned from jail in 2014, won best female hip hop artist Sunday in Los Angeles, an award Minaj has won since 2010.
