Zimbabwe's embattled leader Robert Mugabe has vowed to stay in power for several weeks, despite intensifying pressure on him to stand down. 
In a live TV address, Mr Mugabe said he would preside over the ruling party's congress in December.

Wesley Goodman, a Republican Ohio state representative who was elected in 2016, resigned earlier this week after it came to light that he’d engaged in “inappropriate behavior” of a sexual nature with another man sometime this year. Mind you, Goodman is married to a woman.
