Another year has come to an End, not rosy, not smooth, not entirely successful, BUT we still have LIFE. Thanks to God Almighty.
As we crossover to another brand New Year (2018), let us all endeavour to set achievable goals. Do not start this year without a plan or objective. Let us be focussed with clear vision. Kindly learn to save and invest your time and money sensibly.
My advice to everyone is to never forget that, life is short and can be meaningful or meaningless depending on what you make out of it.
To everyone who earn only at the end of each month, set a goal, by all means spend some of your money because it is yours but save and invest some because you will definitely need it. Always divide your cash into three equal parts;

First part for your enjoyment and relaxation, because life can play funny tricks on you, so have fun while you can in a wise manner. Do anything fun that makes your spirit happy, it is your toil after all.
Take the family out if u have to. Go relax at a spa if that's what you feel like doing. Go to the movies, go shopping, visiting, sightseeing etc. Just make sure you are spending only the first third part of the cash.

Second part for paying all your bills. Just settle all your bills and debt you owe. If you owe rent, pay up or pay part. Always make an effort to settle all your debt. It is very important to settle your debt if you have to live peacefully. This includes taking care of fees, medications and other bills that need your attention.

Third part is for u to invest and save. Divide this part into two. Get a reliable investment bank and start investing today for the Future and Emergencies. You can go to Data Bank Mfund, First Banc FirstFund, Gold Coast security or the normal TBill. Just make sure u invest. It is for u. The second of the third part is for your up keep. Just manage it.
If your earning is not enough then just know it is time to plan and do an extra work that will get you some extra income. Stop wasting your time on unnecessary things and start thinking entrepreneur.
Big and international businesses started from small ideas. You may be innovative, start using it wisely. Go online and learn things that will upgrade your thinking. Spend less time on unnecessary chatting and more on thinking and planning.

To those who earn daily, learn to save daily as you earn. Open an investment account and invest at least twice in a week.

Be a Modern African Boss-Preneur Kings & Queens.

A 2018 move

Happy splendid new year Everyone
