A child migrant is seen celebrating his safe arrival to Europe aboard Spanish NGO Proactiva Open Arms rescue vessel.

He was among over 300 African migrants rescued from an overcrowded rubber boat. Three people died including a woman and child.

The migrants were trying to leave the Libyan coast and reach European soil aboard the rubber boat.
