7 more women accuse Cuba Gooding Jr of sexual misconduct, bringing total number of his accusers to 22
Before now, the Oscar-winning actor, 51, had already pleaded not guilty on three misdemeanor charges of forcible touching and third-degree sexual abuse and 12 more accusers came forward in November.
In this new fresh case, Gooding Jr has been accused of making unwanted contact with women, groping or kissing them in incidents in New York, California, and Utah dating back to 2003.
The new accusers were revealed in court papers filed Monday as prosecutors hoped a judge would allow 19 more women to testify.

Gooding is accused of sliding his hand down a woman's top and grabbing her breast as he walked behind her at Los Angeles film event in 2005.
The woman says she said 'excuse me' and walked to the bathroom,then he tried to follow her inside but she pushed him out.
One woman claims that during the 2009 Sundance Film Festival, she went to an event with Gooding then a concert where after hearing she wasn't drinking he responded: 'Aren't you a picky b***h?'
She claims he 'seemed agitated' when she said she wanted to leave 'and offered to walk her out' but he 'began to kiss [her] without consent' in a secluded hallway. The accuser claims when she pushed him away, telling him was married, he 'placed his hand on her buttocks'.
Prosecutors state in the Manhattan Supreme Court filing that he placed 'his hand forcefully into the crotch area of her tights, placing his fingers on her anus' and 'it caused the crotch of her tights to rip'.
The documents claim the woman only escaped the Park City, Utah incident after she bit his cheek 'causing him to recoil'.
Another woman accused the Jerry Maguire star of sliding his hand down the back of her pants and cupping her buttocks at an Atlanta, Georgia restaurant in 2011.
She claims it was after repeatedly telling him she wasn't interested and alleges Gooding told her: 'I know you want to be an actress. I can ruin you.'
Another new accuser claims he 'forcefully' grabbed her vagina twice at a restaurant in Malibu, California.
She claims that in August 2016 incident he told her: 'You are peeing on me tonight.'
Another four women in the new claims allege incidents from a nightclub near the Sundance festival in 2003 and others that included groping or unwanted kissing in Manhattan, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
The new filing also reveals fresh details about a September 9, 2018 incident he is charged for.
Gooding is accused of kissing the cheek of a server at Italian restaurant Lavo in New York, without her consent.
The accuser claims he later grabbed her neck and touched her tooth with his lips as he tried to kiss her mouth but she turned her head away.
It's alleged he licked another server's hand that night at the 58th Street venue which has a nightclub downstairs.
The other two alleged incidents Gooding has been charged for include grabbing a woman's breast at a rooftop bar near Times Square in June and the bottom a female server at a nightclub last October.
After those claims emerged is was revealed that Claudia Oshry, 24 - claimed in a podcast that at 16 she was sexually assaulted by the actor.
Gooding is due for his next court appearance on January 22.
His lawyer said Monday he 'has and does deny all allegations of criminal conduct'.
'Unfortunately, people come out of the woodwork, making false allegations against Cuba, as often times happens when a celebrity is accused by the District Attorney's Office in a Public Forum,' Mark Heller told the New York Times.
'The spurious, uncharged allegations offered by the District Attorney's Office are so ancient and outdated and lacking in details and impairs the Defendant from defending against them; thus, it demonstrates that the District Attorney's Office's motive in introducing these inflammatory, uncharged allegations is not for any probative value, but to merely gain an advantage against the Defendant and prejudice the Jury against the Defendant.'
