Kwesi Appiah has been sacked as the coach of the Ghana national team after the Ghana FA dissolved all technical teams of the national teams.

The Ghana Football Association  (GFA) has dissolved the technical teams of all national teams with immediate effect.

The decision affects both male and female national teams, a statement on the FA website said Thursday.

The action suggests that Black Stars coach is no longer in charge of the team.

“The GFA extends its appreciation to all coaches and members of the respective national teams for their contributions to our teams and Ghana football.

We wish them all the best in their endeavours,” the statement added.
