CEO of Springfield Events International, Claudia Twum has released her maiden book entitled "Lovewothy"

The book seeks to share with readers what love is all about and how we can   create a community of love that will support and encourage all so there will be no discrimination and favouritism. Which will go a long way to promote peace and productivity in homes and communities.

She launched the amazon version on 30th April which marks the one month of the passing of her beloved sister, Angela Candy Naa Momo Okasa-Ashong,

Who happens to be the one she dedicated the book to. 

She  is  a Diversity and Inclusion Impact Strategist and the CEO of Springfield Events International an Event company that is into Corporate and Social Events, she is also the  founder of  The Ghana Studentpreneur Forum, a platform that seeks to support student entrepreneurs to promote and market their businesses through training and mentoring, as well as organising exhibitions and trade shows .

It also supports young enterprising ladies to gain skill training for empowerment and livelihood. She has 10 years experience in youth mentoring and facilitation. Because of her passion for women and youth  empowerment she  has  worked with a lot of women and youth centered organizations. She serves as Board Member in charge of Africa at World Youth Leadership Centre,Member of advisory Board - African Summit on Entrepreneurship and Innovation(ASENTI) and Organising team member of Africa Entrepreneur Conference and Woman Rising Network.

She is a member of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Network. A youth Facilitator and Coordinator of ICGC and also an Administrator of a Cosmetology school.

She previously worked as the office Manager for Margan Clinical Research Organization, HR Manager for Starbites and the HR & Logistics Executive for OML Africa an HR outsourcing Company with offices in Accra and UK. 

She is  passionate about developing talent, building programs that have impact, and fostering inclusive cultures where women and youth  can thrive and  gain recognition and courage to stand and own their lives and make impact in their communities.
